There no justice in this court. I do not want to give details, since I have no doubt that I would be retalitated against. My attorney said this was the worse court he/she has ever seen. What they don't realize is they are hurting poor people. But that's what liberals do, in the name of trying to help. I did everything right, got an attorney went to court. After getting a judgement , they let the tenant delay, delay, appeal, appeal. Long story short I am out over 15k, and have to sell. So poor people, there goes a rare house you could be renting. Also, I used to let people with bad credit rent from me. Sorry, those days are over, thank this court for that. 7 months for an eviction is too long for people who want to stay without paying. What the hell is wrong with the judges!!! Get your act together and be a little fairer to the landlords, or you will have mass amount of poor looking for places that they will never get. This landlord doesnt blame the tenants, I blame the courts. If I could give a lower star , I would.
