They've improved the customer service of their front desk staff over the last year which has really improved my experience.
I never post reviews. I am compelled to in an effort to negate the negative post. This practice offers outstanding service. Over the past three years, I have found the office staff consistently professional, helpful and friendly.
I have been seeing Dr. Peter Weitzman for about 7 years, and I have only positive things to say about him and the entire office. He always takes the time to listen, offers his medical opinion and suggestions, but NEVER tries to force a patient to take an action he or she doesn't feel is right for him or her. The front desk staff has always been courteous and helpful when I have been there, and the walk-in hours in the morning have been a blessing.
We love Hadley Family Practice!! My son and I have been seeing Peter Weitzman for 9 years now, and he is wonderful. We also love everyone we have seen here. The other Doctors and Nurse Practitioners are always thorough, knowledgeable, and sympathetic. The Front Desk staff get so much done for us, in a timely manner, and we appreciate it!
