The mattress firm in Hadley, MA provided the best customer service I have ever had!!! It started with the salesman Chuck, he was fantastic from start to finish. When I went into the store, I was not planning on purchasing anything on that particular day but having normal conversation and the explanation of each mattress detailing which one would be best for me, I purchased not only a mattress but a bed as well. My delivery was schedule for the upcoming weekend and needless to say I was the 1st delivery of the day. The delivery arrive an hour before I actually had my keys to my place, in most cases this would of been a problem for people but not for me!!!, the service of the delivery guys was awesome and guess what------Chuck came to my place and put my bed together for me. This is customer service beyond duties. If you are looking for a great deal on a mattress and you want the best customer for service, check out the mattress firm in Hadley, MA and ask for Chuck!!!
Our salesman, Chuck Pelouze was absolutely wonderful to work with. His vast knowledge of all of the product in the store and his ability to guide us to the exact type of mattress that we should be considering was extremely helpful in us making our decision. My wife is experiencing severe knee, lower back, and shoulder pain at the present time and Chuck showed a great deal of compassion for her and her condition. Although the mattress we chose may be a bit too soft for her, Chuck assured us that if that was what we determined then he would gladly exchange it for another mattress that may suit her situation.
Wonderful customer service! The salesman, Chuck, is very knowledgeable and seems genuinely committed to helping customers find the right mattress. He was very patient and stayed until almost an hour after closing to help me make a final decision.
