Ideal Movers and Storage were both courteous and patient in helping me decide on a moving company. They were able to produce a competitive estimate and answered all of my follow-up questions in a timely manner. I ended up going with a moving company that was closer (moving from Stafford CT) for convenience but had I been closer, I would have likely gone with Ideal Movers.
We used Ideal Movers in August of 1995 and July of 2016. Both times service and responsiveness were excellent. Professional and friendly. Now these days that's saying something!
We had to move all of our stuff out of our condo for floor work and we chose Ideal Movers and Storage for their moving and storage services. I had never before used a professional moving company and was nervous about items getting damaged or areas of the condo getting damaged during the moves. We couldn't be any happier with the level of professionalism shown; how efficient, effective, and helpful the movers were (Garrison, Jose and Adelson); and their attention to detail. I worked with Lucas on the admin end who was great in answering my many questions. I haven't had such a positive experience like this in a while in a service oriented industry. It was so refreshing to see!

Ideal movers moved me this past weekend and everything went so smoothly. From me calling multiple times to due to my multiple requests and how professional the front desk woman handled my requests. All my furniture was protected and they moved my stuff like it belonged to them. Overall a good experience and I would recommend their moving company and storage facility.
