The pharmacists here in the Hadley location are simply amazing. The amount of traffic that comes through their door from the colleges and the nearby population always has them on their toes. The other review is just wrong when a bad day from a customer can create a negative review. Bill and Greg are amazing and whether I am their for a prescription or just passing by they always acknowledge my family. Lisa in the red shirt is always there to help. The other day I filled a prescription that was misquote by my doctor and the team their immediately caught it and I was amazed by the level of care they shown.
It's nice having a pharmacy in the mall, after you do shoping and other stuff you can get your prescriptions filled.

There is a bunch of pharmacies in the Hadley area and Target is always busy but if you are looking for a team that actually cares about its customers and are not just order takers, check out this pharmacy, I bet you will agree with me that they are the best in the area.
I have been a customer of this pharmacy for ten years, filling prescriptions here routinely. On Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 2:40 PM I telephoned the pharmacy and, speaking with pharmacist "Bill", asked him to refill a prescription for albuterol. He said he was busy filling other prescriptions, that my refill would have to go to the "back of the line" and that I could come in to pick it up in one hour. This was reasonable because prescriptions are supposed to be filled on a "first come, first served" basis. However, when I arrived at the store at 4:10 PM and stood in line to pick up my prescription, Bill began immediately filling the prescription handed to him by the person standing in line in front of me and he told me I would have to wait for five minutes while he filled her prescription. Then I watched Bill fill prescriptions and take payment from the three people who had been standing in line BEHIND me while he continued to make me wait. Ten minutes later another employee arrived at the pharmacy and finally accepted my payment, even though my prescription had already been filled (before I even arrived at the store) and had been sitting on the shelf ready for me to pay for it the entire time Bill made me wait as he was filling the prescriptions of the people who had been standing in line behind me. Needless to say, I can no longer recommend Target pharmacy in Hadley and am taking my business elsewhere.
