As this was my childhood school, I do sure care about it. It made me realize my love for writing and art, and being able to express my self and have a close bond with many of my teachers. Now, there's plenty of things I can touch on. Like school lunch. Used to be amazing! The pizza was my favorite and everyone loved it. But the school made the choice of quantity over quality and made it terrible. All for a bronze award. But another thing, bullying is a reoccurring thing, as in any school, but I don't feel like they take it the correct way. Thinking showing kids videos and making them so silly skits doesn't, I repeat DOESNT teach them anything. As a victim of bullying my self and same with my brother at this school because of his aspergers, they didn't help. I truly love this school but they have plenty of work to do. And I almost forgot. We have many delightful teachers who help you and it's not even like they're you're teacher, it's like they're your friend. And I'll tell you that can mean the world to some kids, but some of the teachers don't treat students with much respect. Teaching the students to be nice but not the teachers? Some punish you or embarrass you in front of the class for no reason or yell at you for some of the most random reasons. But this school is still very important to me, like the paintings on the walls and the long halls that you could just slouch on while talking to your friends and some of the most amazing bus drivers who would play music, give you gifts for the holidays and announce your birthday and have everyone sing the happy birthday song to you! That was a fond memory for sure! It really breaks your heart to leave your childhood memories up to middle school,but why wouldn't it?
