The staff has gone from excellent to beyond bearable. I've never dealt with someone so rude in my life. When I asked about a particular book this lady who was talking to another employee snapped at me and said "I was talking don't interrupt". She then went back to casual conversation with her coworker. When she finally gave me the time of day she belittled me and gave me an attitude the entire time. No wonder why she's working at Barnes and Noble at 60+ years old!
Love a good bookstore! The staff here are super helpful. They know their stock well. We were looking for a gift for our nephew and the customer service person was able to narrow down the field of choices for us after asking us a few questions. We left the store with a great gift! Excellent selection of books, magazines and gifts. If you enjoy the brick and mortar experience of buying books the Hadley B&N is a great place.

There are a lot of good stores, but unfortunately being an outside mall that means you have to expose yourself to the weather to get to most of them.
