My experience here was terrible. As someone that does not know vey much about cars I feel like I was completely taken advantage of. This was my first experience with a jiffy lube and will definitely be my last. When I got there I was told that the Honda dealership (where I have previously gone for oil changes) was definitely using synthetic oil and that they would highly recommend that they use it. Me trusting that this guy knows what he is taking about agreed because my oil changed at Honda are usually 35 dollars. When I get the 104 dollar bill I was furious and was told that there was nothing that they could do because I had agreed to get the synthetic oil. Now I find out that it is going to have no benefits for my car whatsoever. This place is just looking to make a quick buck and anyone who appears to not know what they are doing will be completely taken advantage of.
If I could give a minus star I would because even a one star is to good for this location. I wished my daughter read the reviews of this place prior to going for an "oil change". She got it alright, along with a list of many things that Ed Fleurey, the product adviser indicated she needed. He explained to my 23 year old daughter that the car was unsafe to drive in this condition, and that she needed to replace her radiator fluid and spark plugs, etc. She was scared and had him do what he thought she needed and after spending $221 she called me hysterical. It is typical for this place to take advantage of unsuspecting people, I will make sure and I hope you do as well, to tell everyone NEVER to go here to the Hadley Jiffy Lube, It is my hope, that they needed the $221 badly, because I will make sure they don't ever get business from anyone I know. BEWARE !!!
After reading other customer reviews，I found I was not the only one cheated by them. I just wanted to do an oil change. A staff in this shop suggested a list of items I found I don't really need later, costing me about 350 USD. If you want to spend 350 USD for just an oil change, you can go there...
Went in for an oil change- connected with an old friend I hadn't seen in a while and got to catch up! Mike and his team are great- service was excellent and quick. Would definitely recommend going here! Thanks Mike!
Warning stay away from this place. went there for Break inspection 5 minuets later they came back to me told me I need to replace master cilinder need to replace calipers and roters. Not to mention I watched them did not even lift my car up or take tier off to do break inspections . I don’t know how they came up with this idea I need to replace so many parts. Seems like this guys don’t have any idea about breaks. How could all this parts I mention above are not good same time. Or maybe they thought I will go for it so they will looking to make some good money of me what a scam artist they are. This five star are fake maybe giving by there friends Believe me they not even worth it one star.
