sometimes, waiting time is long, and you have to wait for 15 to 20 min. it is good to take an appointment before going there.
Purchase an iPhone and then we’re told that glass on phone easily breaks and that we need to get a case or cover. When I spoke to a manager, the manager said that salespeople are responsible for selling accessories and they need to do what they need to do to accomplish that. I will never shop there again.
This is the best mobile store I've ever dealt with, and I've been a customer of three carriers on both ends of the country. Two other AT&T stores are closer, but I make the extra drive because of the service. I get less up-saling here, and very genuine staff that speaks with me as a person and not a number. They always try to find a way to get my bill down as well. I don't think highly of any corporation, but the Hadley staff do the best anyone can within a corporate structure.
The people at the store were really nice but AT&T service sucks! I called yesterday to drop two lines that we used to use for tablets. The guy on the phone pulled up all my information and then could not even help me. He said it was a different department to drop two lines so he would transfer me. I waited for about 2 minutes then asked him if he was transferring me. he replied that he lost my information on his screen then gave me a number to call. I called the number which was the wrong department so they told me to go to the store because they could handle it and it would be quicker. I get to the store and find out they have not been able to do that type of service since January 1st. I'm totally disgusted with AT&T!
people are very friendly, and try to help you as much as they can. However, the AT&T has very restricted rules.
