Great place to get anything you might need for your pets. Not only do they have a great selection but they have lots of niche items and more locally sourced things which is nice to see. That said, the store has seen better days and could really do with some minor repairs to the floor and some updating to their registers.
Its true Dave's has a wide selection, but very poor customer service. Bought a cage there for a hamster, tuned out that the wire was too far spaced and wouldn't work safely so I brought it back less than 24 hours later with all the tags still on it, was not used, even with the handwritten sticker with the pricing on it as it was on a display pre built, even brought it back to the same cashier who even said she remembered me from the day before... And yet, I couldn't get my money back without the receipt that I didn't have because I didn't get one at checkout.
Daves has the BEST selection of highly rated pet foods and the best choice of treats. It's selections are much better than PetCo or PetSmart
