I should've just gone to Panera! It wasn't the high prices or the mediocre food that put me off, it was this "manager" named Sam who had the audacity to roll her eyes at me while taking my order! TWICE! The restaurant was fairly noisy with customers and loud music, I couldn't hear what she said and I said "sorry, could you repeat that?" and she actually rolled her eyes and angrily shouted "DO YOU WANT EVERYTHING ON IT OR NOT?!" She did that a second time when asking about veggies, and then after 15 minutes waiting to check out because she pretended I wasn't there (she literally checked out 3 people who were behind me in line first when I was standing at the check out part with my tray). She really should be at least spoken to regarding her behavior. I don't know why this girl is in a management position but if she acts that way on a regular basis they should really consider removing her.
Restaurant is clean. Food is very good and fresh. Prices can be a little high and you don't get a lot to eat for the money but it's very good overall.
The food is always fresh and delicious! It's one of my favorite places to get lunch!
Amazing Panini shop. Fresh ingredients and friendly staff. The cookies are a must try!
