No communication after order just throw food with tray on counter order was incomplete. Lobby bathrooms were filthy
Friendly service. Fast, fresh hot food. Could have used a bit larger team but over all I'm happy
I ordered a taco salad didn't get my sour cream or salsa.
The service has gone down quickly in the past two months. We have been three times since then and will not ever come back. Be prepared to wait a long time for your food if you dine in. Also, do not expect a smile from anyone working there. My wife tried commenting through their system and nothing has changed. They have one of those expensive Coke machines that only work if two people dine in. It has been out of ice the entire time we have been here. The balance of work is terrible. One person works the counter and fills the orders while the rest of the crew waits around. Make the drive to Greenfield for fast friendly service if you want Wendy's.
