The mall is well taken care of, clean and with good parking. That said, the selection of small stores in the mall itself (you know, the part that makes a mall like this a mall) are seriously lacking. I remember when you could walk through this mall and have tons of options of places to shop. You could easily spend a couple hours just browsing around looking in different shops. These days you are better off just avoiding the inside of the mall and driving around the outside to get where you need to go.

It's a solid mall. As a college student it has pretty much everything you could need or want. The various things to do (go kart, roller skate, etc.) help the draw but it is relatively old school and offers nothing really new. The store selection is also not very good but does have all the necessities which helps the college kids.

There must be something that can be done.?

Thinking that this concept will bring people in on it's own is poor thinking at best.

For example - a go cart expanse might work if the mall was busy, but you need the mall to be busy first .

Sadly it looks like it's dying.

I feel sure that it still has potential-cut the rental charges perhaps, bring shops back, be careful who you allow to in to rent.

Good for big name department stores to independent specialty shops. Nice walking indoors in winter. Kids love the roller rink. Cinema & small eateries convenient, easy to get to from south parking for afternoon or evening w kids. Northside parking lot a bit of a walk-- even handicap spaces. Trader Joe's stands separate w good parking, best staff, always free taster drinks & food!

Oh and if you have any idea of getting food in the food court, forget about it. There is no real food court anymore, just a subway with a couple tables. All in all, while there is nothing wrong with the shops that are here, the actual mall part is seriously lacking.

Good mall only thing around in that area the food court seems to be non existent in the mall itself need some help but it has a lot of new things coming like pins which is a bowling slash eating Place similar to Dave & Buster's. The movie theaters are all right and Target is great unfortunately Best Buy has closed.

A bad number of closed units.

I hope someone can fix - what seems to be an ever decreasing interest in the place.
