Great little place to shop. I liked it even though I was only there for a little bit of time.
In days of old, when knights were bold, this place used to be known colloquially as "the Dead Mall." However, an awakening, some good anchor stores (Walmart and Whole Foods), some other good stores (EMS, Panera, B&N, etc) and it's alive again. Traffic is a bit crowded leaving, as there are more entrances than the two exits.
One downside to the place is that the "sidewalk" (I hesitate to call it that) isn't very good, so I would suggest driving from store to store to do your shopping. You could walk, but there are often people busking or just loitering in some areas which can make it kind of awkward to walk (having to step off the path and walk in the firelane, that sort of thing). Luckily there is plenty of parking so finding a spot to park isn't hard at all.
Target and the movie theatre keeping just about everything going forward here, hopefully the new restaurant and go kart track keep it going! Also the newer coffee shop had some tasty and affordable java and hot cocoa.
Great place to do all of your shopping. Need some general goods? Well there is a walmart for that. Need high quality groceries, well they have a whole foods too. This little shopping plaza has everything you need in one place, making it super convenient.
Mountain Farms Mall used to be a "mall". This is more of a shopping center, or strip mall now. With Walmart, Barnes & Nobel, Panera Bread, and Whole Foods...plus others, there's enough to keep you shopping for a while. There's even parking in the back with an entrance to the Norwottuck bike trail.
